GPRS/EDGE

This 2 day class provides engineers with a comprehensive overview of GPRS air interface, architecture and mobility management systems. Network Analyses Methodology, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Quality of Service (QoS) metrics, Traffic planning for GPRS/EDGE, Network Optimization practices and RF Design criteria are presented. Students will have a basic, but thorough understanding of how to design, measure and integrate the GPRS/EDGE technology into their networks.
